Bartender/Server

We are currently looking for a full time Server/Bartender! Must be a positive individual with a high work ethic, motivated, with a minimum of three years experience, and able to work in a fast paced environment. You will be serving or bartending, dependent on experience, and ensuring that day to day duties are performed.

We are highly team oriented and expect our staff to be courteous and friendly to each other and to our customers. We work together to ensure that all aspects of our business are running as smooth as possible and as positive as possible. This is done by remembering that every customer in the building is your customer, regardless of section, and that duties such as cleaning and stocking are done equally and together.

Must be available to work day shifts, throughout the week, and have some evening availability.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working with people, and have a friendly and welcoming attitude. This position is not ideal for full or part time students, due to the hours that are required.

Responsibilities:

Mix drinks.
Learn and follow company policies.
Serve alcoholic beverages and food
Be able to handle delicate situations
Work well as a team
Stock and perform side duties as required
Accurately track the consumption of alcoholic beverages and ensure that customers are not over-served.
Pay: $17.60 per hour
