Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and Serve Beverages:
Create, mix, and serve a variety of drinks, including signature Indian cocktails, mocktails, spirits, beers, and wines.
Ensure all beverages are prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards.
Accommodate special requests and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
Bar Setup and Maintenance:
Set up the bar before service, ensuring all necessary ingredients, garnishes, and glassware are available.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar area throughout the shift.
Customer Interaction:
Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation.
Suggest Indian cocktails and other beverages to enhance the guest experience.
Verify guest age before serving ******* and handle intoxicated guests professionally.
Inventory and Stock Management:
Monitor bar inventory and restock as needed.
Assist with weekly inventory checks and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
Health, Safety, and Compliance:
Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and ******* service regulations.
Ensure compliance with restaurant and local licensing requirements.
Teamwork and Communication:

Physical Requirements:

Certifications:
