The banking executive supports the accounts payable department and works closely with all departments to ensure banking transactions flow smoothly. Executive Responsibilities: ·Effective Liaisoning with banks for day-to-day banking operations.·Ensure correct processing of various payments including vendors, statutory, employees on bank portal.·Accounting for Bank receipts and payments.·Perform Bank reconciliation and ensure clearance of open items in system.·Maintenance of documents for foreign payments.·Foreign payments including import and services payment.·LC and BG issuance and accounting.·Handling Credit card/ Paypal payments, its accounting and documentation.·Maintenance & preparation of documentation for banking activities.·Handling Mutual Fund investments. Maintenance of tracker and preparation of schedule on monthly basis.·Effective Liaisoning within finance and other business user for different matters. Executive Requirements: ·Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.·At least 4-6 years’ experience of banking activities including liaisoning with banks.·Good accounting knowledge.·The ability to work accurately and independently.·Experience with accounting software such as SAP and General Ledger and knowledge of MS Excel.·Good verbal and written communication skills.·Ability to prioritise critical activities and finish them within timeline.The opportunities we have are perfect for highly motivated and talented candidates.We are looking for candidates who have a strong passion for customers, a high level of comfort with uncomfortable transparency, and a keen sense of ownership and drive to deliver results.So QUiQ - PiQ – CliQ before the opportunity is missed
