Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present a wide range of modern cakes, pastries, desserts, and baked goods
Design and create customized cakes as per client or brand requirements
Develop new recipes and seasonal menu offerings
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all bakery items
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen
Manage daily production, inventory, and stock control of bakery ingredients
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations
Train and guide junior bakery staff when required
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
