Responsibilities
• Identify and qualify new customers
• Research Prospect new customers through lead generation, trade shows, follow-up, and cold calling
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate team member for further development and closure
• Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions.
• Identify the correct decision-makers within a given business.
• Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into the CRM system.
• Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Qualifications
• MBA or MBA + Bachelor's degree in Electrical
• Fresher or 2+ year’s experience in sales or marketing field of electrical product
• Experience working with Zoho or similar CRM
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
