Role: Back Office Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Education: Any Graduate

Salary: 12,000 – 15,000 INR per month, commensurate with experience and skills.

Job Location: Dankuni and Kolkata, West Bengal, India

Description: As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the organization. Your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate records, managing data, and assisting with day-to-day tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of the company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into computer systems and databases.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and records as required.

Communication: Excellent English communication, Handle email correspondence and maintain communication with internal teams and external partners.

Follow-up: Strongly follow up on pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met.

Record Keeping: Maintain and organize physical and electronic files and records.

Reporting: Generate regular reports for management using MS Office and Google Docs.

Coordination: Assist in coordinating with other departments and team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Customer Support: Provide support to customers and clients as necessary.

Ad-Hoc Tasks: Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned.

Skills Required:

Softspoken: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polite and professional demeanour.

Expert in English: Proficient in written and spoken English to effectively communicate with team members and clients.

Strong Follow-up: Ability to diligently follow up on tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.

Intermediate Knowledge of MS Office & Google Docs: Competency in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Docs for documentation and reporting.
