Summary
Join our team as a Baby & Preschool Swimming Instructor at Swimkidz Wales. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding young children through their early aquatic experiences, fostering confidence and safety in the water while supporting our mission to provide Structured lessons from the age 0-4 years old.
Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and safe swimming lessons for babies and preschool children in accordance with Swimkidz’s programmes.
Support parents during classes, providing guidance on water safety and child development.
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all participants.
Promote water confidence, safety skills, and enjoyment of swimming.
Collaborate with team members to develop new activities and improve existing programmes.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children and parents.
Passion for early childhood development and aquatic education.
Ability to create a positive, encouraging learning environment.
Flexibility to work during scheduled class times.
All training will be provided.
