Role Description This is a Remote (WFH) or On-site B2B Outreach and Marketing Manager role. We need an expert to take complete ownership of our outbound engine and manage our B2B outbound strategies, spanning cold email, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods. Your goal is to help us connect with the right enterprise clients and strategic partners across the US and Europe.
Responsibilities include researching prospects, qualifying leads, and building relationships with decision-makers. You will develop compelling messaging that translates our deep technical capabilities into clear business value. Day-to-day work involves managing CRM data, optimizing outreach funnels, tracking campaign performance, and collaborating directly with our engineering team to align our pitch with market needs.
Compensation is directly tied to performance: we are offering a flat 15% revenue share per client. This presents a highly lucrative earning opportunity given the nature and size of our retainers. We are looking to get this started immediately
