We are seeking a highly skilled AI/Machine Learning Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, data science, and experience working with Azure's AI and ML services. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving AI initiatives within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms using Azure's AI and ML services.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model selection to ensure the best performance.
- Implement and optimize machine learning models for production environments.
- Monitor, evaluate, and maintain the performance of deployed models, making improvements as necessary.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in AI and machine learning.
- Document technical specifications, project plans, and model performance.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in AI and machine learning.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI and machine learning.
- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
- Experience with Azure AI and ML services, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data bricks, and Azure Cognitive Services.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization techniques.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or similar.
- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in an agile development environment.
### Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with deep learning models and frameworks.
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning.
- Certification in Azure AI or related technologies.
- Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
