Introduction:
This role will produce Reports on the performance of Markets Business and distribute to Finance leadership and CFO BP Leads. It also includes:
- Assist the manager in the maintenance of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to financial analysis, financial planning and financial reporting requirements and ensure compliance to procedures and policy guidelines.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.

What will you be doing?
- Prepare the MI and Produce the reports in the Service Catalogue on a regular basis (daily/weekly/ monthly) and distribute to Finance and Business stakeholders.
- Contribute to financial forecasting and planning, including monthly Outlook process
- Support in producing providing commentaries for Weekly Monthly packs for Global Markets sub products
- Drives forward initiatives aligned to the strategic priorities of the Business
- Build a network with the other Finance teams and stay informed regarding Finance wide priorities
- Perform financial data modelling and consolidation and analysis of financial statements.
- Assist the line manager/senior leadership by executing basic financial analysis, impairment analysis, preparing financial reports, financial planning and budget tracking.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs
- Understand customer needs and provide innovative solutions.
- Manage and monitor quality for the business area.
- Monitor and review the SLAs and provide daily / weekly reports to the Manager on SLAs and metrics
- Drive stakeholder interactions and resolve issues.
- Review and update Procedures, Terms of Reference and Delivery Lists for each report in the Service Catalogue
- Take ownership and come up with new ideas for fostering the Control Framework
- Continuously monitor the progress and report out on various control initiatives.
- Support Legal Entity Reporting for Global Markets and Adhoc queries relating to the same

What we’re looking for:
Excellent leadership skills and a strong team player
Experience in Management Reporting, Planning and Analysis
Articulate, possessing strong influencing and negotiating skills and an ability to communicate complex issues in a simple business manner
Excellent command of verbal and written English
Ability to work under pressure and to tight timetables; willing to support on extended hours.
Strong planning organisational skills
Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) skills, knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Alteryx etc.
Familiar with financial solution packages like Essbase, SAP BW, BO etc.

Skills that will help you in the role:
Graduates (B. Com), Postgraduates (M. Com,), CA Inter., CMA Inter, CS Inter. with relevant experience
CIMA / CFA / ACCA /CA / MBA (Finance) with relevant experience
