Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Your ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Manage inventory by restocking supplies as needed and monitoring product levels.
Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for order processing and payment transactions.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
Assist in training new staff members in bartending techniques and customer service standards.
Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or bartending is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are crucial for success in this role.
Must be at least 21 years of age as per legal requirements for serving alcohol.

Pay: $16.55-$30.4+ per hour
