Autonomous Advanced Practice Registered Nurse

Our approach is to provide our geriatric clients with end to end healthcare service to avoid the risky gaps that currently exist within the geriatric industry. Our medical staff provides primary medical care during their stay at the hospital, nursing home, assisted living facilities and rehabilitation centers.
Our Practice needs a Medical Provider in an Independent Contractor role to help cope with our expanding roster of patients in the Bradenton and Sarasota area. **LOCAL APPLICANTS ONLY**
HIRING IMMEDIATELY
APRN Responsibilities:
Travel to different skilled nursing facilities in a coordinated area to treat Geriatric patients
Prepare and update patient records through our EHR system
Prescribe and refill medications as needed
Provide referrals to specialists when required
Assist practice physician when needed
Perform physical examinations
Create treatment plans
Performance Requirements:
Unrestricted APRN license required. Autonomous certification required.
Familiarity with EHR/EMR programs
Comfortable with traveling to different locations
Confidence to work independently and with other individuals as well as facility staff members
Highly organized with the ability to keep accurate notes and records
Capability to effectively communicate with patients, providers, family members to implement successful care plans and strategies
Demonstrate a positive attitude and respectful, professional customer service
Acknowledge patient’s rights on confidentiality issues and follow HIPAA guidelines and regulations Knowledge of health care practices, insurance and billing
Live locally

Monday to Friday however fully flexible 40 hour work week
