Role Description
The selected candidate will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of ManufApp solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand shopfloor processes and customer requirements
• Implement and configure ManufApp software at client locations
• Interact with customers to ensure smooth onboarding and usage
• Collaborate with development and support teams to resolve technical issues
• Provide basic training and support to end users
Qualifications
Required Skills:
• 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Good knowledge of manufacturing concepts and shopfloor operations
• Hands-on shopfloor experience is a must
• Understanding of key concepts like OEE, TPM, and TQM
• Knowledge of inventory management concepts such as BOM and reorder levels
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
