About Diamond Garage
Diamond Garage specializes in premium automotive window tint and paint protection film in Las Vegas.
We recently opened our second location near Tropicana Avenue and Decatur Boulevard, and we’re hiring an experienced Automotive Salesperson to lead sales at this location.
You’ll be joining an established sales team with all leads provided, proven sales processes, training, and ongoing support. While you’ll have the full backing of the team, you’ll be responsible for managing the leads, customer experience, and sales performance for your location.
This is a high-volume position with the expectation to manage and close approximately $100,000–$200,000 in monthly revenue. You’ll earn 5% commission on every job you close, including tint, PPF and ceramic coatings.
What the Role Looks Like
This is a full-time, customer-facing role that combines sales, communication, and customer service. You’ll manage incoming leads, provide quotes, close jobs, schedule appointments, and coordinate with the installation team to keep the location running smoothly.
We provide all the leads and sales support, you’ll be responsible for following up consistently, building value, and converting those opportunities into booked appointments.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing company-provided leads through calls, texts, emails, and in-person conversations
Following up consistently to convert inquiries into booked appointments
Educating customers on tint, PPF and ceramic coating options
Recommending packages based on each customer’s vehicle, goals, and budget
Providing accurate quotes and confidently handling customer questions and objections
Scheduling installations and communicating appointment details
Collecting final payments
Managing the front-end customer experience at your assigned location
Coordinating with the installation team to manage the daily schedule and customer expectations
Taking ownership of approximately $100,000–$200,000 in monthly location revenue
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a motivated sales professional who communicates clearly, follows up consistently, and takes ownership of their results. You should be comfortable managing a high volume of opportunities while providing every customer with a polished, premium experience.
3+ years of sales experience; automotive experience is preferred but not required
Proven ability to manage leads and close high-ticket services
Comfortable being accountable for monthly sales and revenue goals
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confident speaking with customers in person and over the phone
Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-up
Available full-time, including weekends, five days per week
Monday and Tuesday will be your scheduled days off
Interested in long-term growth as Diamond Garage continues to expand
What You’ll Get
$2,000 per month base pay
5% commission on every job you close, including tint, PPF, ceramic coatings, and detailing
Realistic annual compensation of $80,000–$135,000
All leads provided (around 50-100 leads daily)
