Who We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of experience in automotive sales management
• Strong passion for sales, customer service, and team leadership
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop Sales Consultants
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to create and maintain long‑term customer relationships
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems such as DealerSocket
• Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
• Results‑driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced dealership environment
Schedule: Full‑Time
Compensation: $140,000–$200,000 per year (Full Commission)
What Your Day Will Look Like:
• Performance Monitoring & Coaching: Analyze Sales Consultant performance, provide ongoing coaching, and support the team in achieving sales targets
• Sales Support: Assist with deal structuring, negotiations, and closing opportunities
• Customer Experience: Manage customer concerns and escalations to ensure high satisfaction and retention
• Inventory & Product Knowledge: Stay current on inventory availability, product features, finance options, and market trends
• Reporting & Metrics: Track KPIs, measure sales performance against plans, and report results to senior leadership
• Team Leadership: Lead sales meetings, reinforce standards, and foster a high‑performance, customer‑first culture
