Job Description
Customer Engagement
Engage with customer for issue resolution and support needed w.r.t access, environment, data, etc.
Participates in meetings with business / functional teams to understand the functional and non-functional requirements
Collaborate with end users of the designated applications
Collaborate with customer for review of periodic status updates and reports
Professional Competencies:
Domain - Banking/Financial Services
Investment banking, capital markets, trading systems experience would be very good to have

Breaks down the problem into its constituent parts; Evaluates the available solution options while solving problems
Excellent communication skills
Seeks to understand customer needs, builds credibility by providing relevant inputs, integrates client feedback and delivers as per commitments
Can prioritize individual tasks based on project criticalities, proactively plans based on critical inputs from historical data, analyses work output and plans for contingencies
Learnability to adapt to Infosys way of working
Flexibility to work in Global Delivery Model and coordinate with offshore teams
Willingness to travel as required by engagement
Flexibility to be cross leveraged for other applications, adapt to newer responsibilities as required
