We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – Training Development (BPO | Sales Customer Service)
Are you a people developer with a passion for building high-performing sales and service teams? We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Training Development to lead impactful learning programs in a fast-paced BPO setup.
What We’re Looking For:
• 4–6 years of experience in training development, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
• Prior experience training in sales and customer service processes
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in TNI, content development, and training effectiveness measurement
• Ability to lead a team of trainers and coordinate cross-functional training projects
Your Responsibilities:
• Oversee new hire training, floor refreshers, and upskilling initiatives
• Conduct TNI and align learning strategies to business goals
• Build and enhance training content, modules, and assessments
• Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with operations, quality, and HR for performance support
