Job Title: Associate Recruiter – US Recruitment
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) - 7:30PM-4:30AM, 6:30-3:30AM IST

Job Summary
IMS People is hiring Associate Recruiters to support hiring for US-based clients. We welcome candidates with BPO/KPO, customer service, or back-office experience, even if they do not have prior US recruitment experience. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
• Understand client requirements and job descriptions
• Source and screen candidates using job portals, databases, and referrals
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assessments
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS and trackers
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
Eligibility & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree (any stream)
• BPO/KPO, customer service, or recruitment experience preferred
• US recruitment experience not mandatory
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Willingness to work in US night shift
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
