What You’ll Do:

Lead the team in daily retail operations, supporting store success
Drive exceptional customer experiences while managing cash handling and inventory
Turn challenges into opportunities for customer satisfaction and retention
Inspire and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and energetic environment
What You Bring to the Table:

2+ years of leadership experience in retail or a similar role
Strong background in sales, cash handling, and customer service
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
A knack for solving problems on the fly with a calm, can-do attitude
Tech-savvy and eager to use various platforms to streamline operations
Passion for learning and educating others about cannabis
Pre-employment Criminal Record Check and CannSell Ontario Standard Certificate required
Bonus: Education in business, sales, or a related field
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee opening and closing procedures
Mentor and support team members in their daily tasks, fostering growth
Address customer inquiries and ensure an exceptional experience
Ensure compliance with all cannabis regulations and company standards
Work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and profitability goals
