Our GANT business is recruiting for an Assistant Store Manager for our DFO South Wharf store.
We are seeking an energetic and charismatic individual who has a love of fashion and a passion for styling.
We’re excited for you to partner with our store manager to build a strong and inspiring management team. Together, you’ll have the opportunity to develop and empower the rest of our team, fostering a positive and productive environment.

To meet the role requirements and to ensure your success and satisfaction as an Assistant Store Manager at our Harbour Town location, you must:
Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and operational excellence.
Enjoy strategising to achieve and exceed budgets and KPIs.
Cultivate a team environment of trust, motivation, and accountability to maximise performance.
Understand that effective communication is paramount to you and your team’s success.
Provide an exceptional customer experience through authentic and meaningful interactions with our customers.
Enjoy fostering a team, sharing knowledge and feedback to ultimately develop and cross skill all members.
Be inherently responsible – Ensure store opening and closing times are met, store is safe and secure and appropriately staffed.
Have an eye for detail and uphold GANT Global Visual Merchandising standards.
