The company:
Our client is a specialist Management Rights company who are renowned experts in the industry, and have earned a reputation as an “Employer of Choice”. Due to an acquisition of management rights in a brand new building in Robina, we are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to work on a part time basis, alongside an experienced Senior Property Manager, looking after a portfolio of luxury, brand new apartments.
The role:
This is a permanent part-time position based onsite a complex in Robina comprising of 2 residential towers and an array of luxurious facilities. You will be required to have Property Management experience, and ideally experience using Console Cloud and Inspect Real Estate (IRE) software.
Key responsibilities will include:-
Working with an experienced Property Manager in the end to end management of approximately 120-140 rental apartments (no Trust Accounting)
General leasing duties from enquiry through to signed lease, and handover of apartments.
Tenant liaison
Arrears management.
Entry and Exit Inspections, and Routine Inspections.
Manage maintenance inside apartments, working effectively alongside the building managers.
Use of MS Office suite, Console Cloud (now Reapit), Inspect Real Estate and MYBOS software
We encourage Candidates with at least 12 months Property Management experience to apply. MUST have a current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
