Job Requirements Position titleResource-HR Operations and Digitization Reports toGroup Manager - HR Job gradeAssistant Manager LocationChennai Job PurposeThe Resource – HR Operations & Digitization will be responsible for administrative tasks on day to day HR operations from hiring to exit and for maintaining the HRIS. The incumbent will assist and contribute to the HR Digitization. Key ResponsibilitiesManages and monitor the day to day HR Operations from onboarding to exit in the HRMS/HCM systemsEnsure all HR records and documents of the employees in digital format as per the process and compliancesAct as the representative of HR for all employee related queries, issues, processes across the organisationMaintain all relevant documentation and records for HR compliance and auditsSupports in all the HR Initiatives.Supports in HR BudgetingSupport HR systems by identifying process improvements, assisting with updates and testing new features.Support and drives HR Digitization initiativesProvide monthly inputs to finance on monthly payroll.Knowledge of payroll and related statutory compliancesKnowledge of MIS, reporting & analyticsHas experience in Success Factors HCM module and HR systemsWork Experience EducationMaster in Business Administration / Social Work Experience5+ years of experience in Human Resource function1-2 years of experience in Success Factors
