The Role:
We currently have a full-time position available for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team based in Yarraville. Assistant Store Managers are the key support management role in store and work hand in hand with the leadership to deliver exceptional store results and customer service.
Working hours:
Full-time - Tuesday to Saturday - 35.5 hours
We are open:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Saturday 9am - 4pm
Some flexibility will be required for this role.
What you will need:
Ideal if you have a retail, sales or hospitality background
Willingness to learn new skills associated with a sales and customer service role - training is provided
Self-motivated and able to work using own initiative or with support and direction
Enjoy problem solving and taking ownership of tasks
Passion for delivering customer service excellence, with an above and beyond attitude and work ethic
Enthusiasm as a team player with a hands on approach to a diverse range of tasks
Goal orientated and results driven
Written and verbal communication skills
Physically fit
Drivers License
