Assistant runs the day to day operations, , Making sandwiches, cleaning, giving great customer service. Directs staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained. Maintains standards of restaurant safety and security at all times. Oversees training of Sandwich Artists. Exceptional customer service is a major component of job. Provides leadership to staff of assigned stores to ensure compliance with standards as set in the Operations Manual, Policy and Procedure book, and applicable government regulations. Communicates all necessary information to staff to include but not limited to changes of food preparations, formulas, standards, etc. Ensures that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed. Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions.
Sandwich artists are to give good customer service while making sandwiches, doing prep work and doing daily assignmenmts including cleaning.
