Job description
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative marketing professional to join the Converge team and drive awareness, adoption, and engagement for our workplace experience platform across our business parks.

Converge is designed to enhance the workplace experience by providing tenants with seamless access to a range of services, amenities, events, and community experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, supporting product and feature launches, developing compelling tenant communications, and using data-driven insights to continuously improve engagement.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Technology, Community, and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns that create value for our tenant community.

Roles And Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effected integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement of the app among business park tenants through digital and on-ground channels.
• Plan and support go-to-market strategies for new app features, tenant services, amenities, and campus initiatives.
• Coordinate closely with the campus teams, including Operations and Technology, to gather information about available services, amenities, and updates to ensure accurate and up-to-date content is published on the app.
• Work closely with external agencies, content creators, and graphic designers to produce engaging multimedia content, that showcases the app's features and benefits.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of engaging content on the app.
• Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics, analyse user behaviour, and provide data-driven recommendations optimizations to enhance the user experience.
• Develop campaigns that encourage tenant participation in workplace services, amenities, events, and community initiatives.
• Stay updated on trends in product marketing, digital engagement, workplace experience, mobile applications, and customer lifecycle marketing.
• Support the Marketing & Converge Team in managing relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies involved in app marketing initiatives.
• Support marketing for on-ground activations, product launches, workshops, and engagement programs that strengthen the workplace community.
