Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located at our export office in New Delhi. The role involves identifying and pursuing international sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and analyzing global trends to inform sales strategies. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with internal teams, ensure excellent customer service, and contribute to training initiatives to enhance team performance. Additionally, the role will require ensuring the achievement of sales targets while maintaining adherence to company policies and best practices.
Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess market trends, and inform sales strategies
• Proven ability in Team Management, including leadership and the coordination of team performance
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport with international clients and address their needs effectively
• Experience with Training initiatives and fostering employee growth
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt in cross-cultural communication
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or a engineering degree for better product understanding.
• Prior experience in international sales is a must
• Preference will be given to candidates having past experience of working for Power/ Transmission sector or Industrial products.
