Role Description The Assistant role at Human Haunnity Foundation is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Assistant will support daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, handling correspondence, and coordinating logistics for events and programs. This role includes preparing documents and presentations, managing phone and email inquiries, and assisting senior staff with administrative tasks and follow-ups. The Assistant will help with basic data entry, tracking expenditures, and organizing files to ensure smooth functioning of projects and office activities. The position may also involve interacting with visitors, stakeholders, and community partners, and providing general support to team members as needed.
