Job Description
We are seeking a creative and passionate Assistant Graphic Designer with a flair for visual storytelling in the agriculture sector. The ideal candidate will design compelling visuals that connect with farmers, dealers, and agri-professionals, while maintaining a strong and consistent brand identity across all channels. Your work will support product promotions, farmer education, brand campaigns, and much more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design marketing collateral including product brochures, leaflets, banners, and advertisements tailored to the agriculture audience.
- Create visual content for social media, websites, digital ads, and YouTube videos promoting agri-products & services.
- Design packaging labels, seed pouches, and other product branding materials.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to visualise ideas and convert them into engaging graphics.
- Localise designs and visuals for rural/regional audiences, including the use of regional languages.
- Create visuals for exhibitions, field day events, and farmer meetings.
- Maintain a strong understanding of branding and apply it consistently across all design work.
- Stay updated with industry trends and farmer preferences to create culturally relevant designs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Ability to conceptualise and create designs for both print and digital platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with product packaging, rural marketing creatives, and promotional designs.
- Understanding of rural/agricultural audiences and how to visually communicate with them.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with video editing or basic motion graphics (for reels or farmer testimonials).
- Familiarity with regional languages and fonts (Hindi, Punjabi, Marathi, Telugu, etc.).
- Basic photography or photo editing skills.
