What this opportunity involves:
As the Assitant Facilities Manager you will Support the Country Facility Manager in delivering comprehensive property services including customer relations, financial oversight, facility maintenance, procurement, and vendor partnerships for our large, well known, tech client in Sydney CBD.

Overview of the role:
Administer and coordinate facilities management activities at the Sydney workplace

Oversee repair and maintenance activities on site whilst ensuring minimum disruption to business-as-usual activities

Verify invoicing against contracted rates, create and track purchase orders while monitoring expenditure against budget

Manage and monitor the status of work orders raised through Corrigo

Manage the full PPM program

Conduct regular property inspections to maintain exceptional standards

Build and develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Ensure compliance with OHS, Environment, and Risk Management Policies and Procedures

Adhere to JLL's business conduct by following guidelines, procedures, and strategies

Experience in facilities, proven experience in a fast-paced environment

Experience within a critical environment is desirable

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Flexible and able to adapt to rapidly changing situations as this is a dynamic environment

Team player who can cooperate and work well with others

Ability to handle multiple issues concurrently, within tight operational deadlines
