Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role of an Assistant Club Manager - Sales at UFC GYM India located in New Delhi. The Assistant Club Manager - Sales will be responsible for managing the sales and marketing activities, delivering strong customer service, developing sales strategies and tactics, and supervising the sales staff. The Assistant Club Manager - Sales will assist the Club Manager in effectively managing and growing the clubs membership base, as well as maintaining a clean and organized club environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing a team
Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Knowledge of sales strategies and tactics, and experience in creating and executing sales plans
Ability to use customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Knowledge of the fitness industry is a plus
