Assistant chief pharmacy technician

Within your team, your essential role will be:
supervising the work of the technical staff under his/her responsibility and ensuring the distribution of tasks;
continuously improve customer service;
ensuring the proper operational functioning of the laboratory;
perform, in collaboration with the management team, various management tasks such as hiring, performance appraisals or team schedules;
to see to the training of the people under your responsibility.

To hold this position, you must:
have experience as a pharmacy technical assistant.

35 hours or more
