We are seeking an experienced Administration and Facilities Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our office and facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing human resources, facilities, logistics, IT, finance, events, safety, and legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration and Human Resources
• Manage human resource functions, including recruitment, daily reporting, and attendance records.
• Supervise housekeeping staff, security guards, and drivers.
• Ensure labour compliances, including coordination with ESI-PF consultants.
• Maintain records of all staff and labourers.
• Conduct police verification of all staff and labourers.
Facilities and Infrastructure Management
• Oversee building infrastructure and maintenance.
• Manage CCTV, diesel generator, and electrical panel maintenance.
• Ensure maintenance of AC, DG, servo, vehicles, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Maintain horticulture and landscaping.
Logistics and Transportation
• Manage logistics, including local transportation and flight/train ticketing.
• Maintain records of all vehicles and ensure regular maintenance.
• Coordinate courier services
• IT and Communications
• Manage IT infrastructure and local IT purchases.
Finance and Accounting
• Handle petty cash and manage vendor payments
• Events and Travel
• Plan and execute events, including tour and travel management.
• Arrange hotel bookings and project site visits.
• Provide support for exhibitions and events.
Safety and Security
• Ensure safety and hazard management.
• Maintain fire extinguisher records and first aid boxes.
Legal and Compliance
• Handle legal court matters and liaise with police and MCD.
Miscellaneous
• Manage housekeeping and pantry supplies.
• Procure stationery and other office materials.
• Assist with visa application requests.
• Implement cost-cutting measures (Kaizen).
Requirements:
• Proven experience in administration and facilities management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of labour laws and compliance requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
