Asia Pacific BCG Platinion HR Senior Manager

WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this Asia Pacific regional role, you will be sought as a Strategic HR Business Partner to drive engagement and initiatives that improve the employee value proposition for our digital consultants. Our digital consultants are based out of India, China, Australia, South East Asia, Japan and Seoul. The consultants possess varied digital skills and are part of one of the five chapters 1) Design & Product, 2) Architecture and Enterprise, 3) Cyber risk, 4) Agile, and 5) Engineering. As a Manager, you will collaborate with Platinion business leader and HR director to set up the strategic people agenda and define implementation plan for the business.

This position must demonstrate a significant understanding of organizational design and development, and utilizing analytics, project management and communication skills to translate business strategy into various HR talent solutions to increase overall employee engagement and process efficiencies.

Some of the key focus areas of HRBP responsibilities include:

Career Development:
• Act as strategic thought partner with Career Development Committee Chair and CD HR Ops team to drive functional agenda; review meeting inputs and outputs, ensuring best practices and consistent CDC decisions in line with regional and global policies/ framework
Compensation and Benefits
• Manage the operations and communication of annual bonus and compensation review process for the Platinion AP business unit
• Work with global compensation team to ensure the comp bands are attractive and representing the market view
Employee value proposition initiatives
• Drive communication and programs to improve Platinion AP EVP as represented by People survey satisfaction results
• Understand all BCG mobility (transfer) offerings and manage individual participation in various global mobility programs
• Partner closely with diversity and inclusion network owners to drive and support inclusion efforts for individuals
• Provide analytic support and ownership over People projects including but not limited to annual PEOPLE Survey
• Be the voice of Platinion AP on the Platinion HR global forums and meetings
General HR support
• Be the primary point of contact for consultants for any HR issues on the ground and collaborate with leadership / geographical system HR team for it’s resolution.
• Act as a trusted advisor to guide individuals into mutually beneficial outcomes
• Own capacity planning and reporting for the business. Liase with finance team, recruiting team, HR team to ensure information is up-to-date
• Acts as a catalyst for change; guides and help implement change management solutions

• YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in HR
• 10-12 years of HR Business Partner experience in a fast paced, global organization
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Outstanding relationship -building, influencing and team collaboration skills
