The Opportunity:

About You:
You have a strong employment background with experience gained either in private practice or inhouse
You have the ability to provide BAU support
You have experience managing complex employment law matters in large organisations
You are experienced in advising on compliance with Work Health Safety laws and anti-discrimination matters
You are experienced dealing with employment regulators including the Fair Work Ombudsman and IR Commission.
You have the ability to monitor legislative changes and industry best practices, recommending updates to policies and procedures
You have the ability to influence and simplify complex information, communicating clearly with stakeholders at all levels
You have the ability to manage external facing issues
Payroll remediation experience is not required in this role
You have a minimum of 5 years' experience
You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
You have a current practising certificate
You have the right to live and work in Australia
