Job Title: Architectural Draftsman
Responsibilities:
• Prepare precise technical drawings, plans, and sections using AutoCAD.
• Assist in developing architectural designs and project documentation.
• Utilize Rhino and Revit for modeling and design tasks when necessary.
• Ensure all drawings meet industry standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with the design team to translate concepts into detailed drawings.
• Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions.
Qualifications:
• Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; experience with Rhino and Revit is highly desirable.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural drafting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to work full-time, Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Employment Details:
• Type: Full-Time
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, +:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹45,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.
• Probation Period: The first three months will be a training period, during which performance will be evaluated before confirming full-time employment.
