Architectural draughtsperson with 3 - 5 years’ experience in drawing and detailing of various large projects. Experience in coordination with consultants and site agencies is preferred. Thorough knowledge of working drawings, submission drawings and presentation drawings are essential.
Prior experience in transportation and healthcare projects is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
· Work in coordination with project architects and work on a variety of projects from design through construction administration.
· Preparation of design and construction drawings and documentation.
· Interface/coordinate architecture and engineering disciplines to develop and execute architectural design concepts.
· Drawing and document management, cataloguing and record-keeping
· Will report to project architects and should be able to write letters, mails and correspond effectively with the clients.
Education and Qualifications:
· Diploma in Architectural Assistantship or other equivalent subject, with experience in a reputed firm, with good knowledge of computers and English language.
· Proficient in creating detailed building drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and interior layouts. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with architectural standards and building codes.
· Should have Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD, Revit and BIM.
· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
