We are currently looking for two AR Contact Centre Specialists to join our friendly team in Sydney. These new roles will provide operational support to the AR Contact Centre Prepayments teams both in Australia and Philippines.
What You Will Be Doing
Your key responsibilities will include:
Manage escalations and provide actionable solutions to enhance satisfaction
Assist in coordinating emailed queries
Inbound mail correspondence including printing posting of invoice/receipt requests
Outbound contact liaising with patient health funds
Phone call monitoring and auditing (calibration with offshore team)
Assisting with coaching training with offshore team
Assisting in KPI management
Support Offshore teams by providing documents request forms on demand
Assist in write-off processes.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives/automation and project work where necessary

What Type of Person Will Be Successful
These are the type of attributes skills you would possess:
Ideally twelve months experience in a similar role dealing with customer complaints and escalations
Client or stakeholder management experience
Knowledge of the accounts receivable processes and basic accounting principles
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
Capability to deliver professional customer service in all interactions.
