Position: Company Secretary Compliance Officer

Location: Lower parel

Experience: 5-6+ years in a listed company

Education: CS certification and LLB degree required

Salary: 9-10LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Act as Company Secretary Compliance Officer for the organization and its group entities. • Ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements of SEBI, Companies Act, Stock Exchanges, etc.
Lead and manage Group Compliances effectively. • Handle Initial Public Offering (IPO) processes including documentation, filings, and coordination with SEBI and merchant bankers.
Manage the Legal Department and oversee all legal affairs and risks.
Draft, review, and vet all business and legal agreements including MoUs, NDAs, contracts, and partnership agreements.
Actively contribute to operations planning for upcoming strategic projects.
Handle Trademark assignments and coordinate with IP attorneys for filings and renewals. • Maintain effective communication and relationships with stakeholders, regulators, and external parties.
Ensure accurate and timely statutory filings, board meetings, AGM/EGMs, minutes, and related documentation.
Represent the company in seminars, public speaking forums, and participate in leadership and professional development workshops.
Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills.
Work closely with senior leadership on governance, compliance, and strategic matters.
Proficient in MS Office tools for documentation and reporting.
Foster strong team relationships and participate in team-building activities.
Desired Skills:

In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks and ability to ensure full legal compliance.
Strong public speaking, debate, and presentation skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Effective leadership and team collaboration capabilities.
