Role Description The Aptitude Trainer will deliver high-quality classroom training sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and related placement-focused topics to college students and early-career candidates. This full-time, on-site role is based in Nagercoil and involves planning and structuring training modules, preparing practice questions, and creating engaging learning materials. The trainer will conduct assessments, review student performance, and provide constructive feedback to help learners improve their problem-solving speed and accuracy. Responsibilities include collaborating with the academic team to refine content, aligning sessions with current campus recruitment patterns, and maintaining detailed training reports. The role also requires adapting teaching methods to different learner levels and ensuring a supportive, inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
• Strong quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning skills, with the ability to solve and explain problems clearly and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage large groups and simplify complex concepts.
• Experience in classroom training, mentoring, or teaching, preferably in aptitude or campus placement preparation.
• Basic proficiency in using digital tools for presentations, content creation, and tracking learner performance.
• Good command of English; ability to use regional languages for explanation as needed is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; degrees in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields are preferred.
• Familiarity with campus recruitment patterns of IT and tech companies, including common test formats and evaluation criteria.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, manage schedules, and travel to partner institutions when required.
• Demonstrated passion for teaching, learner success, and building confidence in first-generation or underrepresented learners.
