Join our dynamic team as a Hospitality Team Member at Thomas Franks Ltd, a leading independent private school in Blackburn, Lancashire. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
About the Role
You will work effectively as part of a team, providing breakfast, lunch, and hospitality services, and ensuring adherence to company food standards. The successful candidate will be required to work predominantly from 0800-1500, with every other Saturday from 0800-1200 to cover sports fixtures and events.
This position is a maternity cover for 12 months, with potential for a permanent role within our wider business. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
Requirements
• Genuine interest in food and exceptional customer service skills
• All-round team player with a passion for great food and innovation
• Organised individual with attention to detail and strong verbal English skills
• Ability to read and write English at a reasonable standard
• Prior experience in customer-facing or food preparation environments is preferred
Benefits
• Salary ranging from £21,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience
