Note: While this is a remote position, we are currently considering candidates located in the Pune region.

Position: Appointment Setter

Shift: US Shift | 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month

Key Requirements:

1 to 3 years of experience in appointment setting or outbound calling for international markets
Strong verbal communication skills and a confident, clear delivery
Ability to engage, qualify, and schedule meetings with decision-makers
Comfortable working across global time zones with professionalism and consistency
Driven to meet daily outreach goals and convert interest into solid appointments
Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and send outreach emails to potential international clients
Present MeeTenX services clearly and persuasively to generate interest
Qualify prospects based on specific criteria and schedule appointments with the sales team
Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM systems for all conversations and follow-ups
Ensure seamless coordination with internal sales teams for meeting handoffs
Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture relationships and drive conversions
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
