Air Duct Division Manager
Job Description
Air Duct Division Manager
Immaculate Restoration | Las Vegas, NV | Full-Time
Immaculate Restoration is expanding its air duct cleaning division and needs a player-coach who can run jobs, build a team, and grow revenue — not someone who just manages from a desk. If you've led field operations, know HVAC systems cold, and want ownership over something you can build, this is the role.
What You'll Own
Full operational responsibility for the air duct cleaning division — scheduling, staffing, quality control, and client satisfaction
Hire, train, and develop technicians to Immaculate's service standard
Conduct field inspections, QC job sites, and step in on complex or high-value jobs
Build and maintain relationships with property managers, contractors, and commercial accounts
Manage equipment inventory, maintenance schedules, and supply ordering
Track division KPIs — job count, revenue, callbacks, and technician productivity
Work directly with ownership on pricing, service expansion, and growth targets
Ensure full NADCA and IICRC compliance across all jobs
What We Require
Minimum 4 years air duct cleaning experience — at least 2 in a lead or supervisory role
Proven ability to manage field technicians and hold them accountable
NADCA ASCS certification strongly preferred
IICRC certification (CDS, CCT, or equivalent) a strong plus
Clean driving record and valid Nevada license
Full PPE compliance and respirator fit test
Availability for on-call escalations and emergency support
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or trade certification preferred
Bonus Points
Experience launching or scaling a service division
Existing book of commercial or property management contacts in Las Vegas
Bilingual English/Spanish
Familiarity with Encircle, Xactanalysis, or similar field software
What We Offer
Competitive salary commensurate with experience
Performance-based incentives tied to division revenue
Fast track to senior leadership as the division grows
IICRC/NADCA certification reimbursement
Stable, growing company with 27 years in the Las Vegas market
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
Application Question(s):
A property manager at a 40-unit apartment complex calls you directly — furious. Your technician just finished cleaning 12 units and the manager is saying ducts are visibly dirty, the crew left debris on the carpet, and one tenant is threatening to post a 1-star Google review. You have two more technicians scheduled on other jobs today. Walk me through exactly what you do in the next two hours.
You have a technician who's been with you eight months. Clients like him, he shows up on time, but his job times are running 40% longer than your other tech on identical properties and his equipment setup is consistently sloppy. You've mentioned it twice informally. Nothing's changed. What do you do next and how do you document it?
Ownership tells you the air duct division needs to hit $25,000 in monthly revenue within 90 days. Right now you have one truck, two technicians including yourself, and a small residential client base. You have no marketing budget — only your time and your contacts. What's your 90-day plan?
