About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate AI Trainer to deliver hands-on training to university students pursuing Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and related programs. The trainer will be stationed at the university campus in Chandigarh for a period of 4 months and will be responsible for conducting instructor-led sessions, mentoring students, facilitating projects, and ensuring industry readiness.

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery
Conduct classroom training sessions on AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and related technologies.
Deliver engaging lectures, demonstrations, workshops, and practical labs.
Facilitate discussions, doubt-clearing sessions, and hands-on exercises.
Curriculum Execution
Deliver training as per the approved curriculum and learning objectives.
Cover topics such as:
Python Programming
Data Analysis and Visualization
Machine Learning Algorithms
Deep Learning Fundamentals
Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Generative AI & Large Language Models (LLMs)
AI Tools and Automation Platforms
Prompt Engineering
Agentic AI
AI Application Development
Capstone Projects
Student Mentoring
Guide students on assignments, assessments, and project work.
Support students in developing real-world AI solutions.
Provide personalized feedback and learning recommendations.
Monitor student progress and maintain attendance records.
Assessments & Reporting
Conduct quizzes, evaluations, and practical assessments.
Track student performance and learning outcomes.
Submit weekly progress reports to university and program management teams.
Assist in certification and project evaluation activities.
Industry Readiness
Conduct sessions on AI career opportunities and emerging industry trends.
Guide students in building portfolios and project showcases.
Support placement-readiness initiatives through mock interviews and project reviews.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related fields.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in AI/ML training, teaching, or industry implementation.
Strong command of Python and Machine Learning concepts.
Experience working with modern AI tools and frameworks.
