Administrative Clerk

At our Administration Office

The successful candidates will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Provide legendary guest experiences, handling customer requests and inquiries
Assist in the creation of reports and data entry, utilizing various computer programs.

Assist with balancing general ledger accounts and patronage reports.

Process cash audits from all retail commodities

Reconciles Vendor accounts monthly

Assist with Accounts Receivable invoices and statements.

Assist in all areas of the Administration office.

Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in Business, Office Administration, or a related field is an asset

Energetic and projects a positive image

Organized, with the demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines

Works well in team environments with excellent communication & Interpersonal skills

Experience in Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable will be considered an asset

Experience with Agricultural bookkeeping will be considered an asset

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

Comfortable working with computers and has a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
