Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for representing our clients in legal proceedings before various adjudication authorities, appellate authorities, Tribunals, and courts. Role and Responsibilities:
• Drafting of Legal Submissions: You will be tasked with drafting detailed and accurate legal submissions. This involves preparing documents that effectively present our clients' cases and legal arguments.
• Preparing Appeals and Petitions: You will be responsible for preparing appeals and petitions to be submitted to tax authorities and appellate bodies. This includes ensuring all relevant legal and factual aspects are thoroughly covered.
• Representation Before Tax Authorities and Appellate Bodies: One of the primary responsibilities will be representing our clients before various tax authorities and appellate bodies. This requires strong advocacy skills and the ability to articulate complex legal arguments effectively.
• Advisory on Complex Tax Issues: You will provide advisory services to clients on complex tax matters. This involves analyzing intricate tax issues, interpreting tax laws and regulations, and providing strategic advice to mitigate risks and optimize tax outcomes for our clients.
