Roles and Responsibilities:
Proactively connect with prospective students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand their academic interests and career objectives.
Provide personalized guidance on undergraduate and postgraduate programs that best align with individual aspirations.
Oversee the complete admissions lifecycle—from initial contact to enrollment and ongoing post-admission support.
Foster strong relationships by offering honest, need-based consultation and building trust throughout the process.
Ensure all student interactions and follow-ups are accurately documented using CRM systems.
Desired Candidate Profile:
A bachelor's degree in any field (candidates with education or MBA qualifications are preferred).
6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in EdTech sales, admission counseling, or business development.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
A results-driven attitude combined with a genuine interest in supporting student success.
Comfort working in a dynamic, performance-oriented environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹2+,000.00 per month
