This role suits someone who takes pride in doing a good job, enjoys being organised, and has an interest in vehicles, camping, or four-wheel driving. Job Description
As an Administrator at Voltaic, you’ll be a key part of keeping the business running smoothly day to day. Your responsibilities will include:
Front-of-house and daily office operations
Handling customer enquiries and quote requests
Accurately scheduling workshop jobs
Delivering exceptional customer service
Processing invoices and customer payments
Liaising closely with the workshop team
Preparing and processing reports for management
Maintaining a clean, organised workspace
Upholding Voltaic’s company standards and values at all times
