Wheeley is Hiring: Sourcing Team Lead — For Guwahati
Looking for a Sourcing Team Lead to build our rider network from the ground up.
What you'll do:
📍 Lead a field team sourcing delivery riders across Guwahati
🎯 Own monthly rider onboarding targets for the region
🤝 Build relationships at hubs, charging points & delivery hotspots
📈 Drive rider conversion, retention & referrals on the ground
What we need:
✅ 2–6 yrs in field sales / gig-rider sourcing / blue-collar hiring
✅ Proven experience leading a field team against targets
✅ Strong local network in Guwahati's delivery/transport ecosystem
✅ Fluent in Assamese/Hindi; working English for reporting
✅ Comfortable being 70%+ on the ground
