Seeking a highly motivated team player with strong initiative and self-management, and problem-solving skills, known for methodical work practices and meticulous attention to detail to join our busy office in Hope, Tasman and provide a friendly and professional client interface. You possess excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong customer liaison skills and are adept at managing your time effectively by prioritising tasks to meet deadlines autonomously.
You will be proficient in MS365, office software, and database management systems, with strong keyboarding skills and a proven ability to quickly learn new software. Notwithstanding the above, you demonstrate a solid understanding of purchase-to-pay processes and excel in organising, prioritising, and planning tasks.
This is a great opportunity to bring your experience in document management, accounts payable and purchase order processing, and contract-related administrative tasks such as call taking, staff scheduling, and dispatch to this role. You will hold a minimum NZQA Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification, along with a full Class 1 driver's license.
