£13.00 an hour

Hours:

Monday to Thursday 8 AM- 5 PM (early finish on Friday)

Our client in Stirling is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to support their team with a variety of administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to a professional and friendly workplace. There is a possibility that the role will become permanent.

The role of Administrative Assistant:

Provide general administrative support including checking reports (grammar and spelling), data entry, and document management.
Answer and direct incoming customer query calls in a professional manner.
Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Maintain accurate records and input information into database and navigate internal CRM system.
Create and format documents on Microsoft Word.
Monitor and manage the team inbox, ensuring messages/enquiries are all dealt with efficiently.
The ideal Administrative Assistant:

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
